Jesus and Lazarus

The kids love this new flannel board story! The bed is a fun pocket for Lazarus and they love to flip him over when he "dies." (His eyes are closed on the reverse side.) The cave/tomb is also a pocket. Lazarus waits inside until Jesus tells him to "come forth." The kids love to see Lazarus emerge from the tomb wearing his burial clothes. Of course they insist on taking turns to pull him out! I love this story and I love the way these figures turned out. They were super fun to design and make!
