The First Easter

I struggled with deciding which figures to draw and make for this Easter set. I didn't know how I could portray the Garden of Gethsemane but I wanted to include it! The soldier also had me stumped. But I am happy with the way everything turned out. I have had many opportunities to share this set- with my own grandkids and with little ones at church- and it makes for a wonderful pictoral story of Easter.

Included in this set are: the Garden of Gethsemane, the cross, 3 sad friends, the soldier, the tomb with a stone door, an angel, the number 3, and resurrected Jesus Christ.
